It’s more than words, sounds and pictures. It’s FACT-BASED CREATIVE SOLUTIONS THAT INFLUENCE AN OUTCOME.

Our client was introducing a new concept to the region, a combination hair, piercing, and tattoo studio. The image had to say ‘clean and reputable, but edgy’ so it would appeal to many different audiences.

EGO has become the embodiment of self-expression, a place where you can explore the different sides of your personality. From the name and brand identity, to the website, signage and look of the store itself, we helped EGO personify and launch their new business, create a shop that would be comfortable for every visitor, and that brought the image of traditional tattoo parlors out of the shadows.

A strong brand story can connect customers to a business in meaningful ways. And that’s just what we delivered for Wyverstone. At the core of their business is a notion of legacy – the firm, after all, works to establish and grow long-term wealth for customers and their children.

So we co-created the name Wyverstone, a nod to the owner’s Normand origins and family estate in England, and developed the visual footprint that would reinforce the company’s brand vision of independence, strength, stability and heritage. Now when our client meets with customers, he has an in-depth brand story with a rich history that he can draw on, one that truly demonstrates the Wyverstone difference.

Action was planning to expand their operations across Canada, but wanted to ensure that they had the most effective brand impression and retail experience possible before doing so.

We started by establishing a consistent name across all retail locations. Then we moved on to their logo. We maintained the color scheme (which was recognizable to loyal customers) and introduced a new icon, a stylized “A” that featured a subtle road visual – did you notice? All of these things worked together to reinforce what Action was all about: fulfilling all your car and truck accessory needs.

In addition to the name and logo, we worked with the client on an easier way to implement the new branding at all stores, a retail best practice that successful retail giants follow.

When the economic development corporation for one of Canada’s fastest growing regions wanted to rebrand itself to better represent Dieppe, Moncton and Riverview, they turned to Hawk to help develop a new story and identity.

The result is a memorable new brand that, when presented alongside its peers, stands out as something just as unique and intriguing as the communities and businesses it represents.

There are some experiences worth dining for and Windjammer is one of them. We were thrilled to bring a new identity (complete with website, menu design, and in-hotel advertising) to this amazing 4-diamond restaurant. We infused the brand with a vintage-meets-modern vibe through impactful imagery, while preserving its nautical heritage. Windjammer was delighted with the refreshing new branding, and having addressed the misconceptions about who deserved to dine there, can look forward to welcoming a broader clientele base.

Legs for Literacy is an important event for Greater Moncton and the province of New Brunswick. So when we were asked to help redesign the logo and collateral materials, we were more than happy to support the cause. The overall result was a fresh and modern look that creatively combines both the reason to run (to raise funds for literacy programs in South Eastern New Brunswick) and the race itself. And it helped breathe new life into an event that has already proven to be a run-away success in our community.

With over 600 animals in its care, the Magnetic Hill Zoo is by far the largest and most popular in Atlantic Canada. On separate occasions, Hawk was tasked with creating their new logo and giving the largest fundraising campaign in their history a name and an identity. The Big Cats campaign went on to raise $1,400,000 towards the creation of the zoo’s new big cat exhibit, and both wild jobs went on to see award-winning results.

Hawk was hired to re-brand the Charlottetown Driving Park & Entertainment Centre (CDPEC) and The Summerside Raceway. Strategically, brand PEI had to be at the core of the new personalities. With its rich red soil, rolling green hills and world famous beaches, the island’s iconography quickly became the inspiration for the name of the newly renovated facilities and its brand design palette.

No project is too small, especially if they come in threes! Trio is a Moncton restaurant-lounge that offers small plates of 3 delicious items. Hawk worked with the Delta Beausejour to create this award-winning identity and presented it to the world in a very tasteful way.

We love our city and are proud to have helped put it on the map as an international destination and shaped its identity as the #1 family destination and entertainment hub within the province.

From the development of the annual publication to the creation of logos and support materials for special events, Hawk has been a key partner in promoting the place we call home.

Warning: Looking at this creative will definitely make you hungry. Hawk not only created this Delightfully Craveable menu and brand footprint, but was also responsible for some of Pizza Delight’s most engaging Facebook promotions ever. (like the PD Food Fight for example.)

In an industry driven by the constant fluctuation of crude oil prices, it’s important to make sure your brand clearly stands out to both potential and existing clients. Through clarity of message and unique choice of mediums, Hawk has helped to position Irving Oil and its products and services as an industry leader on both sides of the border.
