When it comes to priorities, nurturing relationships is #1 for Colin; he’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done for every single one of his clients, from the small business owner to the international player. And he’s worked with some pretty sweet clients, too, like Nestlé Canada – he even played a supporting role in executing a kick-ass guerilla marketing campaign for Audi Canada at the Toronto International Film Festival (you may have heard about it.) A big fan of fast-paced environments, Colin thrives on a challenge, so throw one at him! His strong communication skills, adaptability, quick thinking, not to mention his drive to get to know his clients’ businesses inside and out, will surely be put to excellent use in helping you meet your goals.

Great creative doesn’t happen without a great strategy and there are few better at developing one than Susan Jones. Her deep understanding of all aspects of the industry, as well as a healthy respect for the role data plays, has made Susan a nationally sought after consultant and strategist. This marketing maven is so on the ball that we often think she’s secretly a mind-reader. She is masterful at wrangling all the moving parts of a project (like task assignments, budgets, tactical execution and timelines) and finessing them into great campaigns backed by sound, data-driven strategy. Her insights and relentless pursuit of improvement has led to finding better and more innovative solutions for her clients, ultimately increasing efficiencies and maximizing results. This advertising dynamo brings strategic planning to another level, with expertise honed by more than 14 years in the industry. He is a strong leader with an analytic mind, well-versed in guiding campaigns of all magnitudes, from locally-based businesses to major national clients. Parlez-vous francais? When Tanya signed off her resume with the alias “Deadline Detonator” we knew she would be perfect for the role of Account Coordinator. Organized and efficient with the ability to stick-handle better than some pro hockey players (not naming names), she is a star player when it comes to getting things done around here. Plus, she’s a people person through and through, which makes working with suppliers, clients and her teammates a breeze.

He also has a background in finance, so you can be sure he’ll be on the ball with insertion orders and billings. When it comes to sales programs that need top-notch attention, from planning to execution and finally, to reliable reporting, Ed is the man!

Sarah has earned her reputation as a master communicator along the East Coast and in Toronto. Her expertise on both the agency and client side has lead to proven success for all involved. And she's no stranger to Hawk  having been a colleague and client to the agency in the past. Sarah's extensive experience, industry knowledge, and results-oriented approach make her a perfect fit for the role of Account Director on the Irving portfolio.




Senior Project Manager

Working with clients and key stakeholders on projects of varying sizes over the years has chiselled Kara into a project management powerhouse. From start to finish, each project Kara touches is meticulously planned and given scrupulous attention to detail to ensure timelines, quality and budgets are adhered to. Having led the charge on New Brunswick’s annual travel guide for years, Kara has become an expert on publications. Her in-depth knowledge about the tourism industry, traveler behaviour, printing and digital trends, production procedures and quality control measures has resulted in beautiful (and award-winning) pieces for her clients.


Keri Tasker


Account Director

To say that Keri is a quick study is an understatement. In less than 5 years, she rose through the ranks at DDB Toronto, working with established brands like McDonald’s, General Mills, and Subaru along the way. She then moved on to help a start-up company compete in the digital space, simultaneously creating growth plans and acquisition strategies for new business. Now she’s putting her clever, data-driven strategies and account management skills to work for HAWK’s family of clients. And her abilities don’t stop on the account side. Her experience with major players has taught her to think differently, even when it comes to inspiring the creative crew. She once briefed the team working on a WonderBra campaign (all males, btw) at a spa (complete with mani-pedis) to get them into the target’s mindset. Way to shake things up, eh?




Director of Sales

Steve is a sales-goal-slaying, target-meeting publications guru who has proven to be a valuable member of the HAWK team time and again. As Director of Sales, Steve puts his leadership skills and 10+ years of sales experience to work for clients at Tourism New Brunswick, the City of Moncton, the City of Miramichi, and Mount Allison on their latest publications.




Chief Executive Officer

Pride of place and a wealth of public relations and agency experience have solidified Bill as one of the most respected communications partners in the region. His extensive experience with community relations, special events management, board and executive communications as well as media relations have proven to be an asset to many of the clients Hawk works with every day. Bill became the owner of Hawk in 2007.  In 2012 Bill was inducted into the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS) College of Fellows and in 2017 he was inducted into the New Brunswick Business Hall of Fame.



Manager, Digital Strategy & Insights

From gathering information to drawing insightful conclusions, Ben’s adeptness with digging up intel and analyzing data has shifted our internal wisdom as an agency, as well as impacted campaign directions and reporting procedures to the benefit of our clients. His findings have contributed to the improvement of project briefs, guided social media content and revealed best practices that in turn has allowed us to be more efficient and yield better results. And while others may look at numbers and cringe, Ben gets a thrill from formulas and complex data systems.
